Siamak Tenzif is an epidemiologist with a diverse background in research, analytics, health information management, performance measurement and reporting as well as policy development. A graduate of the Universities of Toronto and Waterloo, Siamak’s career record includes tenures at several Ontario hospitals, Health Quality Ontario, Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care, Ministry of Children and Youth Services as well as Ministry of Community Safety and Correctional Services.
Over the years he directed several high profile portfolios in data analytics, decision support and health information management many of which dealt with the critical role of quality data as one of the means of providing information and insight to executive teams, clinicians, researchers, policy makers and frontline staff.
Siamak’s interests include analytics as well as research in exploring ways and methods of bringing high quality data to life by working with various stakeholders and exploring innovative approaches in using business intelligence tools and techniques.
Siamak has presented results of his research, analytics and as well as performance measurement nationally and internationally.
